1.Main purpose and application scope of the tester
It is mainly used to study the tribological properties of materials or surface coatings. The test machine is in a certain test force, simulation rotation, linear reciprocating motion form, by controlling and changing the test force, speed, frequency, stroke, time, friction mate material, surface roughness, hardness and other parameters of the test, in order to evaluate the comprehensive use of the material or surface coating. It can dynamically detect the friction force, test force and temperature of friction pair, and draw each parameter curve in real time.
