1.Description
High-speed reciprocating friction and wear testing machine is mainly used for testing the friction and wear performance of materials and surface coatings. The machine adopts weight to load 50g -- 2000g; Automatic constant loading; Dynamic cyclic loading: (sine wave, triangle wave loading, gradient loading) of three methods for loading, can simulate the contact point, line and plane form for reciprocating motion, implement different test force, different experimental frequency and friction, the friction coefficient under different temperature conditions, such as friction performance parameters of the test, but under the condition of lubrication for testing.
The e use of industrial control computer and related software, to achieve full control of the whole machine and the test process, real-time display test force, test time, test frequency, friction, friction coefficient and test temperature, storage data printing report, and draw the parameters curve.
The machine is equipped with main parameters over preset stop or alarm protection.
