1.Main purpose and function
High temperature reciprocating friction and wear testing machine is mainly used for materials and surface coatings
friction performance test. The machine adopts automatic loading magnetic drive, can simulate the point, line,
surface contact form of reciprocating motion, can be test in high temperature, lubrication condition . It use of
industrial control computer and related software, Realization of control the overall and test of the whole process ,
reatime display of test, test time, test frequency, friction force, friction coefficient and test temperature, storage
data and print reports, and draw the curve parameters. The machine is provided with a main parameter exceeds
preset downtime or alarm protection.
